This is the portal our own agency runs for its retainer clients, sold on its own: the checks run on a schedule, the findings are evidence you can click into, and you decide what gets done. If you want hands-on work beyond the list, Redline Design is the agency behind it and a retainer includes the same portal.

Not without your say-so. Every finding becomes a recommendation with the evidence and the risk of doing it. You approve the ones you want, and we carry out the approved ones. Nothing on your site, listing or profiles is changed by a recommendation you have not approved.

Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, asked the way a buyer would ask them, with what each one answered and what it said it would take to be named. On Google we check organic rankings, the map pack and the AI Overview from live search results.

Each subscription includes a monthly allowance of automated checks: audits, AI engine queries and ranking checks. The portal shows your use as a percentage. When it reaches 100% further checks pause until the month resets, or you can buy credits in $50 packs, which are applied to checks beyond the allowance and expire 6 months after purchase. Site crawls and reports never count against the allowance.

No, it is optional. If you do, it is one Google sign-in, read-only, for Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. The dashboard then shows your real traffic and search queries next to the audit, and recommendations can use your own click data instead of estimates. You can disconnect it from the portal at any time.

Yes. Invite anyone from the Team page: your office manager, your web person, your partner. Everyone gets their own login; owners manage billing and the team.

No. It is month to month, and you cancel from Billing in the portal; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If the service did not do what this page says in your first month, tell us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. Refund policy.

Up to 3 locations are included in the plan. Each extra location is $100 a month, added automatically when you add it from Locations and prorated to the day. Every location gets its own ranking, map-pack and AI checks.

Your site data, audit results and any Google data you connect are stored encrypted, used only to run your checks, and never sold or shared with other customers.
